Lucy T. Andrews
Lucy T. Andrews is the Executive Director of Little Tots Academy, bringing a passion for early childhood education and a deep commitment to nurturing young minds. With years of experience working with children and families, Lucy believes that every child deserves a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where they can grow, learn, and thrive.
Her leadership is rooted in the belief that early learning lays the foundation for lifelong success. Under her direction, Little Tots Academy focuses on more than academics — emphasizing social development, emotional growth, creativity, and confidence during a child’s most formative years.
Lucy is dedicated to partnering with families, ensuring open communication and trust while creating a welcoming community where children feel valued and supported. Her hands-on approach and genuine care for each child help shape an academy where learning is joyful, structured, and purposeful.

Our Infant Room
Our Infant Room provides a calm, nurturing environment designed to support your baby’s early development. Caring teachers focus on individualized attention, safe exploration, and building trust through consistent routines. Activities include sensory play, tummy time, music, and early communication to support physical and emotional growth.
Our Toddler Room
In our Toddler Room, little ones are encouraged to explore, move, and discover. This classroom focuses on developing motor skills, early language, and social interaction through hands-on activities, guided play, music, and storytelling. Teachers help toddlers build confidence while introducing structure and routine. Children engage in creative play, early problem-solving, and structured learning experiences that promote communication, emotional awareness, and social skills.
Our Pre-K Room
The Pre-K Room is designed to prepare children for kindergarten success. Our curriculum focuses on reading readiness, math concepts, writing skills, and social development. Children build confidence, independence, and a love for learning in a structured yet supportive environment.
After School
Children are welcomed into a supportive space where they can unwind, connect with peers, and continue learning beyond the classroom. The program includes supervised homework support, enrichment activities, creative play, and opportunities for social development. Our caring staff encourages responsibility, independence, and positive behavior while ensuring each child feels supported and valued.
